1. General terms and conditions
1.1. The present Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) consist of an agreement between winrate.eu, winrategaming.com, winrate1.com (hereinafter “Casino”) and you (from here onwards “you” or “Player”). The Casino managed by the company WRate Holding B.V. nb.151026, incorporated in Curaçao provides eGaming services and operates under the License No. CEG_IP/2019-0902 by the 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming, Authorized and Regulated by the Government of Curacao.
1.2. The present Terms and Conditions enter in effect on October 23, 2019; all preceding versions of the Terms are henceforth having to be considered– obsolete and void.
1.3. Current provisions, and full terms and conditions are also subject to the service company, the Rate Consult LTD and WIN Rate Holding LTD.
1.4. In order to start using services of the Casino, you must read and accept the Terms. If you do not agree with one or more articles of the Terms, please refrain from the Casino services usage.
1.5. By completing the registration process on the Casino website and/or visiting it, you confirm your agreement with the present Terms.
1.6. The Casino retains the right to make changes to the Terms at any moment and without prior notice, however casino will imply reasonable efforts to notify on the occured changes.
1.7. Any new version of the Terms will come into force immediately after its publication on the Casino website.
1.8. By continuing to use the Casino services, you express your agreement with any changes made to the Terms once they have come into force and published.
1.9. English is the main language of the Casino website, Terms, and all enclosed documents. Any translation errors have to be interpreted in favor of the Casino.
1.10. All services are located in the country at the place of casino registration.
1.11. Taxes for services are levied and paid in the country, at the place of casino registration.
1.12. The casino reserves the right to use the Nick Name, avatar (account picture) and information about the player’s win / achievement within the casino, if it is required for an advertising / tournament / competition campaign.
1.13 The casino does not hold any responsibility on the taxes on winnings, this winnings paid to customers are their own gains and tax wise responsibility.
2. Limitations imposed on the use of the Casino services
2.1. You have the right to use the Casino services only if you have reached the age of 18 years. For those countries where the legal age exceeds 18 years, player must have reach the legal age to use the services provided by the Casino.
2.2. You not allowed accessing the Casino services if they are illegal in your jurisdiction or residency.
2.3. 4. Gaming account
4.1. To start playing the Casino games, you must register a gaming account.
4.2. The registration process consists of filling all the necessary fields in the registration form provided by the Casino. The form must be filled by the true and correct information that corresponds the best of knowledge of the account holder. Apart from other data, you will be asked to enter your email address. You must enter your own functional email address. Failure to provide your own active email address can result in difficulties in credential reinstatement and account activation. In case of "one-time" mailing addresses detection, the casino Administration reserves the right to block such accounts without prior-notice and explanations made.
4.3. Do not share your account’s login and password details with anyone. The Casino will not be responsible for disclosure of the login credentials made from the user side, and usage of these credentials by third parties who obtain these details in any manner and may use them for material gain.
4.4. There is only one account per person allowed in the Casino. One account allowed per one IP address, device, or physical address. Anyone caught having more than one account, will immediately be notified, having accounts blocked and money forfeited, by money – all winnings, bonuses, and deposits are meant.
Forfeited money is strictly not refundable.
The only exception of the rule of one account per IP is possible, when those living in one household may confirm their identity by the respective documents. The Casino also reserves the right to demand that you return the money withdrawn from your multiple accounts. If you wish to register a new account, you must contact the Casino live chat representative. Our manager may block your existing account, after that, you will be able to register a new one, the matter of changing ID or account reopening remains on the manager’s discretion.

5. Inactive account
5.1. The account is considered to be inactive if there has been no financial activity in the account in the preceding 12 (twelve) consecutive months. If an account becomes inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee equals to either 10 euro (or an equivalent in another currency) or the current account balance if it is above zero, but below 10 euro.
5.2. You hereby agree with the Casino charge of an administrative fee, for an inactive account at the start of each month until the account becomes active or until the account balance reaches zero value.
6. Currencies supported by the Casino
6.1. The currencies avaialble for deposit and withdrawals are listed in the cashier section of the lobby, are only available playable currencies.
6.2. If a customer deposits in a different currency, other than the main currency of the account, it will be automatically converted and credited into your account’s currency.
6.3. If you make a withdrawal using different currency, the withdrawal amount will be automatically converted into the currency used by your payment method.
6.4. A player’s main account uses “Chips” as currency. One “chip” is conditionally equal to one euro, converted from and into your chosen currency, using exchange rates displayed in your Player area on the Casino website.
6.5 Carrying out any transaction (depositing funds or withdrawing them) with the gaming account, the Player sees the current exchange rate for / from the chip. If the Player initiated and paid for the transaction (deposit) or made a withdrawal (up to the status of the newly created withdrawal request), it represents automatic consent to the exchange rate, which is offered at the casino and does not give any rights to the claims in the future on this.
7. Depositing funds into an account
7.1. Players can make deposits into their Casino accounts using any of the methods available while depositing.
7.2. All fees, such as exchange rate differences and other possible costs, resulting from depositing or withdrawing money into or from an account are due by the Player. By making a transaction, the Player agrees with the amount that will be credited to the gaming account and agrees that he has no any complaints on the performed transaction.

8. Withdrawing funds from an account
8.1. Players allowed requesting withdrawals from their Casino account, by the means of any of methods available in their withdrawal section.
8.2. The Casino reserves the right to execute a withdrawal by a method or currency that differs from the one initially requested by the Player, if there are reasonable grounds on it.
8.3. Time needed to process the withdrawal requests vary between 0 and 72 hours depending on the chosen method.
However, the Casino reserves the right to delay payment for an indefinite but reasonable period in the following cases:
1. Any force majeure circumstances, as well as circumstances beyond the control of the Casino / directly from the Casino / exclusively from the Casino. Including: technical plan failures in the operation of the Casino and / or Payment systems / Intermediaries / Partners.
2. The necessity for additional verification of the game session / bet / bonus.
3. Request for additional documents from the Player for the withdrawal of funds won. The casino reserves the right to request documents in the quantity and quality necessary for a successful verification process and / or additional verification.
8.4. The time needed for money to be credited into the Player’s account outside of the Casino depends solely on the payment systems and banks that manage the 3rd party accounts where the withdrawal amount is directed.
8.5. In case when internal procedures require verification of player’s identity, or if any other additional checks needed, the withdrawal process countdown time – starts from the moment, when the required checks are completed.
8.6. If the Player fails to provide the requested documentation within the two weeks after a withdrawal request, the withdrawal is automatically cancelled and the Player’s account may be blocked on the manager’s discretion. The Casino has the right to suspect the Player in illegal activity, an attempt to deceive and or/fraud the Casino and/or third parties, by submission of false data, and other dishonest actions. The Casino reserves the right to forfeit all the winnings and bets received and made by Player in question. Thus using the funds in the Player’s account to compensate for the Casino’s resulting losses, as well as for any resulting losses incurred by third parties.
8.7. All minimum and maximum amounts for withdrawal transactions are displayed on the deposit/withdrawal page. If information in Terms and Conditions vary from the Deposit/Withdrawal page, then Deposit/Withdrawal Page is considered to be correct and in effect.
8.8. Withdrawal limits are set at 4000 EUR a day, 6000 EUR a week, 15000 EUR a month (in case of withdrawals made in a currency other than euro, equivalents of the amounts cited above are to be used). Exceptions are possible only for VIP players and remain on manager’s discretion upon the individual request. Limit raise request does not automatically guarantee its approval, it remains on the discretion of the casino manager.
8.9. If the present Terms differ from the rules listed on the deposit/withdrawal page, the information on the deposit/withdrawal page is considered to be true and in effect.
8.10 The procedure for the funds withdrawal directed to the Player, where the withdrawal amount exceeds the possible amount of a one-time withdrawal allowed by the payment gateway limits currently used by the Casino, would not be agreed in advance with the Player. Any such payment may come to the account of the requested withdrawal method, divided into several equal / unequal parts.
8.11. Any payout requested by player, that the Casino currently considers “significantly big in volume”, may be paid to the Player by installments individually. For any "significantly big in volume" winnings and/or payouts an individual payment schedule may be applied, which will be discussed individually with the Player.
8.12. All requested withdrawals directed to the cards issued by the financial institutions and banks not from Russia, are processed on the working days/hours on a general basis, and the term for crediting withdrawals on such cards varies from 1 minute to 96 hours (4 days).
8.13. Withdrawals that are directed to VISA cards issued in Europe, the CIS and Ukraine may be rejected by the acquirer for reasons beyond our control. In such scenario, the Casino Administration will contact the Player and discuss an alternative options for withdrawal of funds won in the casino.
9. Anti-fraud policy
9.1. The Casino uses special means of fraud detection and prevention in order to detect fraud of all types. If a fraud attempt revealed, respected account or a chain of accounts will be blocked immediately and all the funds stored in respective accounts may be transferred to the Casino upon the completion of internal investigation. Money may finally be confiscated and account blocked, but player not welcomed on our platforms in the future.
9.2. Players are not allowed to embed strategies for any table games, such as roulette, card games, and other. The Casino reserves the right to void all the bets and winnings of the Player, if there is a suspect or direct or indirect proof that the Player has used strategies when playing games from the list. Playing board games, ONE (at least one) bet has been made before the moment of this withdrawal, the Player automatically agrees when funds withdrawal has been submitted, all game sessions performed may be reviewed for prevention of strategy usage. When the Casino Administration has enough reasons to believe that any strategy has become in handy in the game, the withdrawal of funds may be blocked without prior notice to the Player and funds won confiscated.
10. Bonus Policy
10.1. The Bonus Policy terms, as well as a list of available bonuses, wagering and conditions of bonus allocation, and other bonus-related terms are located on the Bonus Policy page.
10.2. The Casino reserves the right to make changes and amendments to the Bonus Policy terms at any moment and without prior notice.
10.3. The Casino reserves the right to review the information about Players, their transactions, and logs at its own discretion, at any time and without an explanation of the reasons. If such a check reveals a misuse or manipulation of bonuses by the Player, the Casino will have the right to deny all existing and future bonuses to this Player.
10.4. If the Bonus Policy terms differ from the rules listed in the present document, the Bonus Policy terms are considered to be in effect.
11. Player’s responsibilities and liabilities
11.1. You hereby guarantee that you are of legal age (18 and above) at the moment of accessing the Casino services and in any above case, the age required by the authorities of your country of residence to participate in gambling activities and use the Casino services.
11.2. You confirm and have to provide verification documents upon request that your Casino account contains true and correct personal data.
11.3. You confirm that you have only one active account in the Casino.
11.4. You guarantee that you will not provide your Casino account credentials to any third party and that you will not allow any third party to use your account.
11.5. You confirm that you do not work for the Casino, are not a relative of an employee of the Casino, and not connected in any other way to any of the Casino’s employees.
11.6. You agree to hold full responsibility for any actions carried out using your Casino account.
11.7. You confirm that you accept the risks of financial loss resulting from the use of Casino services, as well as other risks associated with registering an account with the Casino and using it.
11.8. You agree to bear the full responsibility for the security and privacy of your login and password details, as well as for the safety of the email address used to restore the password and of the alternative methods of accessing the account (social networks, etc.).
11.9. You confirm that you are not using funds belonging to another individual without their consent, company, or entity to make deposits into your Casino account.
11.10. You agree to any additional identity or transaction check initiated by the Casino.
11.11. You guarantee that you will not use your Casino account to carry out any illegal financial transactions, money-laundering activities, or any other operations that are illegal under the laws applicable to the Casino or you.
11.12. You confirm that you understand and accept the present Terms and guarantee to strictly and entirety obey them.
11.13. You agree with the Casino’s policy on the violations of the Terms and any other rules set out in any enclosed documents. If you violate any of the Casino’s rules, the Casino will have the right to block your account and account balance, cancel all your bets, refuse to pay out your winnings, and confiscate the funds in your account balance in order to compensate for its own losses and losses to third parties resulting from your actions.
11.14. You expressly agree with the following statements:

Without the email sent, we would not review any complaints, or issues. Live Chat support request doesn’t count when it comes to complains or issues.
12.2. In case our tech support specialist is unable to provide the required assistance, or if deemed necessary by the tech support specialist, your request may be transferred to the senior manager of the Casino, who will process it further.
12.3. In order to decrease the processing times of your request, you need to provide a full and detailed description of the problem.
12.4. You agree that in case of a dispute the data and results stored on the server are to be considered the final and indisputable proof, and cannot be contested.
12.5. You agree that in case of any dispute or misunderstanding, Casino employees will have the right to contact you using any contact details provided in your account.
13.1. All disclaimers and indemnification clauses provided in the Disclaimer section of the site. If any statements in the present Terms disagree with the information provided in the Disclaimer section, the latter has to be considered true and in effect.
14. Intellectual property rights
14.1. The contents of the Casino’s website/websites is the subject of intellectual property rights and other property rights and belong solely to the Casino or third-parties who allowed casino to use their intellectual property. All third party intellectual rights are reserved and protected.
